
The competent Authority has directed to establish flood relief camps comprised of student teams at Public Sector Universities to manage donations and funds for assistance of affectees of torrential rain and flash flood across Sindh Province on priority basis.

We are with the rain affected people (Dr. Parveen Munshi) Vice Chancellor of University of Sufism and Modern Sciences Bhitshah Prof. Dr. Parveen Munshi said that the students, teachers and officers of the university will support the rain affected people. She said that the university, through GREEN YOUTH MOVEMNET CLUBS of university will distribute the required items to the victims of rain.
Teachers and Officers present in the meeting said that they will support the needy people in their difficult times.

Jinnah Sindh Medical University has dispatched an ambulance and a bus load of relief goods worth Rs one million to the flood affected area in Moro on National Highway.
Supervising the process, Vice Chancellor JSMU Amjad Siraj Memon said that a total of eight doctors, four students, three guards, two support staff and two drivers were also travelling with the goods to ensure proper distribution and emergency medical support for the flood affected population.
In compliance of Universities and Boards Department, Govt. Of Sindh and on the directives of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto, a Flood Relief Camp established at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto inaugurated the Flood Relief Camp to collect the donations and food items for Flood Affected People.
Under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor DUHS, Dow University Hospital is at forefront to help flood affected people and providing free of cost emergency care along with admission at wards and ICUs of patients being referred by District East Administration.
Moreover the hospital has provided hospital related furniture, oxygen, accessories, medicines and equipments to provide 1st aid and initial care at 4 designated medical camps established at District East flood camps. Besides this DUH has provided skilled nursing staff to help initial treatment at their camp and referring critically ill patients to Dow University Hospital.
The Universities and Boards Department, Government of Sindh, continues to coordinate relief efforts across the province.
